Our ecommerce store is hosted through Shopify.

Print-on-demand production.
Order fulfillment.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal ability to enter into the transaction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

XEAL makes reasonable efforts to accurately display product:

Designs.

Sizes.
Materials.
Photographs.
Graphics.
Descriptions.
Measurements.
Features.

However, actual products may vary slightly because of:

Screen or monitor settings.
Lighting.
Production techniques.
Garment characteristics.
Printing processes.
Embroidery processes.
Manufacturing tolerances.
Fulfillment facility.
Material batches.

Reasonable manufacturing variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

4. Product Images

Images are intended to provide a reasonable representation of products.

Your device or display may reproduce colors differently.

Where promotional or lifestyle imagery is used, product-detail images, descriptions, specifications, and size information should be reviewed before purchase.

5. Product Availability

Products, sizes, colors, materials, designs, and fulfillment methods are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the affected portion and issue an appropriate refund.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Pricing changes generally do not affect orders already accepted and paid unless an obvious technical or pricing error occurred.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, an appropriate refund will be issued for the canceled portion.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment processors.

By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

9. Made-to-Order Manufacturing

Many XEAL products are made to order.

We use independent manufacturers, print-on-demand providers, fulfillment facilities, warehouses, and carriers, including services currently provided through Printful, Printify, and Cloprod.

A product may begin production shortly after your order is submitted.

10. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Production and shipping are separate stages.

Products in a single order may arrive in multiple packages or on different dates.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, replacements, refunds, manufacturing-error claims, and lost-package claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because products may be manufactured specifically for each order, XEAL generally does not accept buyer's-remorse returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or personal preference unless otherwise required by law.

12. Customer Information

You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete your order, including:

Name.
Email.
Shipping address.
Billing information.
Product selections.

You are responsible for reviewing this information before submitting your order.

13. Intellectual Property

The XEAL name, XEAL branding, logos, symbols, graphics, garment artwork, product names, photographs, videos, written material, designs, website content, and other original brand materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

XEAL™ and related XEAL brand identifiers are owned by Sean Kucic.

Purchasing a XEAL product does not grant ownership of any XEAL intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, or commercially exploit XEAL intellectual property.

14. User Content

If you submit:

Reviews.
Photos.
Videos.
Comments.
Feedback.
Suggestions.

you represent that you have the legal right to submit that material.

You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

XEAL will not use customer-created content in advertising outside the permissions granted by the customer or otherwise permitted by law.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our website or services to:
